As a marketing guy with an MBA from Indiana University in Consumer Marketing and Entrepreneurship, he dissects client needs and maximizes brand presence on the most relevant E-commerce platforms. Chad Hut can be found canyoneering 200 ft repels or skiing mountain shoots when he’s not leading operations at the office.  With a business Degree from the University of Utah in Information Systems, Chad is the go-to guy, a human Swiss Army Knife, for anything technical and data-driven. From years as COO, Sales Director, or E-commerce manager, he brings specialized knowledge in business process and optimization. What is most optimal about Chad is his focus on and care for the individual. His life is fueled by his lovely wife and three kiddos.

Caleb hails from the Rockies and revels in the adventure held within nature. Though a native English Speaker, he is also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Caleb has participated in several start-ups and is a passionate entrepreneur. He received an MBA with an international emphasis from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2015. He is married and a proud father of five children with whom he has visited multiple countries and at times stayed several months absorbing the language, learning new culture, and making a difference in those communities.
